An order processed by the company and paid for by the buyer (upon confirmation of payment) is considered ready for shipment.

  If the order is ready for shipment by 3:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. After 15:00 - the next day.

  Shipments are not made on holidays and weekends.

  Delivery methods:

 

1. "Nova Poshta" delivery service to the branch.

​

2. "Nova Poshta" delivery service by courier to the address. The terms of delivery by Nova Poshta courier are established directly by Nova Poshta.

3. "Ukrposhta" delivery service to the branch.

 

  The cost of delivery services is paid by the Buyer at the rates of the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. Goods are delivered to all regions of Ukraine where Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery services operate.

  On average, the delivery time in Ukraine is 1-3 days. Delivery is carried out according to the delivery service schedule. You can get detailed information on the respective websites of delivery services.

  After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with the invoice number, with the help of which you can track your parcel on the websites of delivery services. To receive the paid product, you will need to present a document certifying the identity or barcode of the recipient in the Nova Poshta application to operators or of the delivery service.

  Be careful when specifying the data for sending, errors and inaccuracies can complicate the sending or make it impossible at all, in this case the order will be considered canceled.

  Free storage of the order arriving at the branch is carried out within 5 days from the moment the order is sent (excluding Sundays, non-working days and holidays). Further, for the storage of the order, a fee is charged according to the tariffs of the delivery service.

​  Payment options:

​

1) by means of a bank transfer of money to the current account of the Seller specified in the invoice, including using Internet banking (the Buyer pays for the order within three days from the date of receipt of the invoice in the amount of 100%).

2) by post-payment upon receipt of the Order at the representative office of the Carrier Company on the territory of Ukraine.

3) payment card of the following type:

- Visa;

- MasterCard;

- Prostir.

4) in any other way as agreed with the Seller.
