Question

Questions and answers

Question:         What materials are used to create 3D maps?

Answer:

We use only environmentally friendly and safe materials, such as polystyrene (the rails for the baguette frame are made of it), PET plastic (the base of the card itself), PVC film (the image is printed on it), corrugated cardboard (for packaging). All of them are easily recyclable and certified for residential use.

Question:        Is it possible to order an individual card design?

Answer:

If we take into account the cost of preparing for the release of a new model, then individual orders make sense for runs of 100 or more. Otherwise, the cost may be too high. And all these processes will take about a month. But this is certainly a popular direction - from the first days of entering the market, we started negotiations with a potential dealer about the production of his models of relief maps.

Question:        How long does it take to make and ship an order?

Answer:

The production of a batch of maps takes about 7 working days, but for sale we have stock in stock and the shipment takes place on the day of confirmation of payment of the order, or the next day (it depends on the time of day when this confirmation is provided). If your batch is quite large (more than we have in stock), it will take some time to manufacture.

Question:           Is it possible to return the product?

Answer:

Yes, it is written in the relevant section of our website. I will only emphasize that the return of the product of proper quality will be at your expense. And under the condition of preserving the product appearance and packaging.

Question:          What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:

I send you again to the payment section of the site. But in short - we will try to make the purchase convenient for you in any payment option (which is allowed by law). I would like to emphasize that we are not VAT payers.

Question:           How to take care of the 3D map? What is its shelf life?

Answer:

There are several important negative environmental factors for our products: direct sunlight (practically any pigments lose color intensity under direct rays over time), aggressive chemicals and mechanical damage. So with proper care, indoor and frugal attitude, such a map can please your eye for many years without losing its qualities.
